SLJ Article about WLMA Webinars working with Library2.013 Worldwide Virtual Conference

Shelby Reynolds and Craig Seasholes will share their insight, tricks, tools, and 3 web-active hours of hands-on practice with using Elluminate (Blackboard), Adobe Connect and Google+ Hangouts to give Teacher-Librarians a fearless confidence in initiating and participating in online professional development and web based meetings.

Craig Seasholes is an enthusiastic connector, WLMA past president and a happily embedded teacher-librarian at Sanislo Elementary school in SW Seattle. Craig's increasingly appreciative of the power of web conferencing tools for connecting in a dispersed but increasingly interconnected world of ideas and information. Whether participating in active and informative chat on the sidelines or serving as panelist or moderator in meetings and professional development webinars, today's teacher-librarians have everything to gain in knowing how to use a variety of web conferencing tools. Networking with the Library2.013 Worldwide Virtual Conference since it's inception, during our  WLMA Conference this year Craig and Shelby Reynolds will serve as "guides on the side" to help moderate WLMA's participation in broadcasting WLMA sessions out from, and streaming sessions into - our conference in Yakima.
